Grave rose out of murky waters and shook but his coat remained gray. He walked over to a clear stream that ran into the muck. He lowered his great head and lapped up some of it. Its coldness hitting his throat as he took it in deeply. He rose up his head, his shadowy green orbs scan the dening site for his mate. He shook out his coat again then rose up his maw to the graying skies above and let out a howl that echoed through the valley like a ghost. She was the only light in his evil heart, the only thing he really loved. His mate, Aliado.

[/img] Aliados snowy auds picked up the ever familiar call of her mate and could only wonder what he wanted from the femora. The call had come from the lake which resided in the forest that surrounded their terra. The femme raised slowly off of her haunches and loped across the field, her dainty frame carrying soundly across the land that she knew better than anyone. She slowed as she came upon the clearing where her mate resided, her snowy pelt glinting softly in the moonlight, she stopped short of where her mate stood strongly and opened her charred kissers too speak, her voice not at all harsh, but somewhat honeydew sweet “You called?” She kept it short and sweet and ended it with her usual crooked smile, her ivory canines standing out strongly against the darkness. She brought her frame back onto her haunches and relaxed all the tensed muscles in her body from her run as she waited for him too speak, her usual honied gaze never moving from his smoky colored fur.

As Aliado topped the hill Grave's shadowy eyes were upon her white form. An evil smile crossed his gray maw for only a moment the faded. His own voice was harsh but the Irish tone was odd for one so evil. "Where were you?" His body never moved, his tail stayed limp at his knees. The wind made his gray fur ripple like water as he stood there, tall and strong.

Aliado watched her mate, curiosity filling her mahogany orbs and as her snowy auds picked up his irish tone she simply kept her crooked smile in place. And rose too all fours as the breeze rippled her own snowy coat. She did not move closer, instead she parted her charred kissers and spoke, her voice not as honied as it had been before, but not completely harsh “I was laying in the field, why?” She knew she was sure too get quite the response as she watched and waited, her crooked little smile never leaving her maw.

Grave's ears rose a little as she stood, his own frame half again the size of hers. As she spoke and with that smile, Grave's ears pressed forward in dominance and aggression. "Laying? That's it?" His voice growled out. His tail never moved as he stood there with his shadowy orbs like death itself staring her in the face.

Aliados honied gaze swirled softly as he questioned what she had been doing. She waited for a few moments before answering, knowing that it might aggravate him slightly and though the femora did not like him when he was angry it was slightly amusing because she knew she was the only light in his darkened heart. Her maw finally parted "Why would even think of questioning what I was doing Grave? You know I wouldnt lie to you unless it was too save my own life if not yours..." her voice trailed off and she watched him, her eyes growing slightly darker. A twisted smile played on her soft features as she eagerly awaited his response.

Grave growled but he never showed his teeth. "You test my patience, female. I am the alpha I can question you as I please." The fur rose on his neck and he looked even bigger. Grave was in no mood for her games this day, the year was closing winter was coming. His muscels rippled under his ash coat as he took a step toward her. The aggression could be seen on his face and that look of death in his eyes felt colder.

Aliados twisted smile remained in tact as he stood and his fur raised. The femora rose too , but did not raise her scruff, instead she watched him intently. Her amber optics glowing, she knew what he wanted, and she couldnt give him that just yet. It wasnt time for her. It would be awhile for him too wait if he wanted that. Her kissers parted too speak "Testing your patience am I?" She laughed softly at the end of her statement before continuing " I am the Alphena, I do as I please whether you like it or not" Her gaze held a mischeivious [sp?] glint as she turned around, leaving him by the water by himself. If he followed he followed, if not, well that was his decision and the fatale made no decisions for any other, she knew she was selfish and she did not care about that.

Grave growled openly this time and as she turned he ran after her. He jumped at her side and grabbed her scruff and used his great weight to knock her to the ground with a dominant growl. His weight on her easily kept her down as he rested his chest to her ribs. "You cannot do as you please. I am the ruler here, I say what goes." Her evil intent may have been what charmed him but her selfishness got her into trouble more often than not.

Aliado emitted a growl of her own as he grabbed her scruff, nearly rendering her defenseless [sp?]. She growled again as he spoke, she knew what she was getting herself into when she was being selfish and if that was what made her a bit.ch than so be it. Not once had she ever cared about what another had thought of her until she had met him. She calmed down after a few moments and parted her maw too speak "Will you let go of me da.mn it?" She looked up too him, her amber gaze locked with his as she waited for him too release her. If there was one thing she hated, it was being pinned down and he knew it. She sighed and decided not too fight and just simply wait for him too give into her demands.

Grave didnt growl again as she calmed down but then she spoke. He still didnt growl but bit down into her neck, hard. He pressed his body into her ribs which would have caused some pain to her. "When you learn who is in charge." If she whined for not he slowly let her up but was ready to hit her again. He stood with his legs slightly apart and his head level with his back, showing his aggression.

Aliado did not make a sound as he slowly let up. She simply kept her gaze with him and waited patiently. Patience was not always her virtue but in this case it seemed important especially if she wanted too keep her life. She did sigh softly and waited, a small smile creeping onto her maw. There fatale somewhat wished she would go into heat at this moment but she knew she wouldnt. She simply watched him, her still sweet smile in place as she waited for him too let her up.

Grave stepped back some to give her room and to give himself the ability to block an attack, if she wished to try. But they both knew he had that evil strength plus the male's strength over her. After all he was half again her size and well trained. His ears slowly pressed forward in that dominate manner as he watched her stand, he was ready to jump her again if she used her mouth again.

Aliado watched as he pulled away. The fatale was not going too try anything she simply sank back onto her haunches and watched him closely. She knew if she did one thing wrong he would pounce and she knew as well as he did he could kill her instantly. She yawned softly and parted her maw to speak, her voice sweet and soft "I didnt get much sleep is it okay if I go to the den now?" She smiled sweetly and gave him an innoncent look. He should know she was done being a bit.ch. All she simply wanted too do was go lay down, it had been a long night....

Grave watched her yawn then listened to her words. He stood for a moment then snorted and walked away from her. His strength and cunning is what won him the title of alpha. He walks off to the clear lake at the border of his lands near the mountains. His eyes never moving from his path, even as the skies began to crack with thunder. A storm was coming and it marked the end of summer and the beginning of hard times.
